Welcome to Yuru Wrldwide! We want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and transparent. Because we use a print-on-demand model to create custom items just for you, our shipping process includes both production time and transit time.

Processing & Fulfillment Time
- All items are made to order.
- Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
- You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on your location:
- Japan: 5 to 25 business days
- United States: 5 to 25 business days
- France: 5 to 25 business days
- Spain: 5 to 25 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 25 business days
Please note: "Business days" do not include weekends or local public holidays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Your order may ship from various international fulfillment centers depending on stock and proximity.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the package reaches your country.
- Yuru Wrldwide is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait a few extra days as customs delays or carrier bottlenecks can happen. If your tracking status hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, reach out to us so we can investigate.
